Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Gear
Place your items securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
